The Chief PAC527P4-KIT is a power retrofit kit designed for use with PAC527 series in-wall boxes. It provides four NEMA 5-15R outlets that incorporate non-volatile spike protection and multi-stage, non-sacrificial technology. This kit is engineered to protect sensitive AV equipment from high-frequency noise and power disturbances. It features a ferrite toroid based EMI filter that reduces common and differential mode noise by up to 40 dB. Rated for 125 VAC, 60 Hz, 15 A with a maximum of 1875 watts, the unit includes a non-current limiting design to pass full power on a regular circuit. This kit is TAA compliant and UL Listed, making it suitable for professional installations requiring robust surge and filtering capabilities. The kit is rated for a continuous withstand rating of 240 VAC without damage or loss of protection.
