The Middle Atlantic UPX-2000R-2 is a NEXSYS™ 2000VA, 20 Amp UPS Backup Power System specifically engineered for professional AV environments. This 2RU line interactive system features eight NEMA 5-20R outlets organized into two controlled banks of four. It is designed to protect sensitive equipment by allowing installers to set specific power quality thresholds, triggering a switch to battery if incoming power does not meet standards. This unit is pre-assembled and connected from the factory, including pre-installed 4-post rack ears for immediate mounting. For remote monitoring, the UPX-2000R-2 is RackLink™ compatible; while the RackLink™ Network Card (UPX-RLNK-CARD) is sold separately, this unit supports network discovery via the RackLink Discovery Tool. Maintenance is simplified through a front-access panel that allows for hot-swappable battery replacement using the UPX-RPLBATT-C battery. The system also includes an RS232 port and two dry contact ports for system alerts.
