The Chief KRA220B is a black extension arm designed to increase the range of motion for Kontour K1 and K2 workstation mounts. By adding 6.5 in (16.5 cm) of reach, this accessory is useful for installations requiring greater extension or for dual-arm configurations where more push-back is needed to clear work surfaces. When installed, this extension adds 33 in to the height range of the display. Installers should account for the impact on load capacity: using the KRA220 accessory reduces the total weight capacity of the mounted system by 15 lbs (6.8 kg). For example, a K1D120 configuration with this extension has its per-monitor weight capacity reduced from 25 lbs (11.3 kg) to 10 lbs (4.5 kg). This accessory is intended for desk-tabletop applications.
