The C2G30005 is an HDMI and USB-C video extender kit designed for professional environments like conference rooms and classrooms. This system utilizes a single-gang wall-plate transmitter and a compact box receiver to extend high-resolution signals over a single Cat6 cable. The kit supports 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 8-bit video at distances up to 75ft (23m) over Cat6, and provides 4K@30Hz 4:4:4 8-bit video up to 135ft (41.2 m). The wall-plate transmitter features one HDMI input, one USB-C video input supporting DP Alt-mode, and a USB-C charging port to power laptops via external chargers. For simplified installation, the system supports 24V Power over Cable (PoC), allowing the entire setup to be powered from the receiver end. The receiver includes one HDMI output for displays and a 3.5mm audio de-embedding output for connection to amplifiers or DSPs. This TAA compliant solution supports automatic or manual source switching using last-in, first-out logic and is fully HDCP 2.2 compliant.
