The Da-Lite 29740E is a 92" x 164" (188" diagonal) electric projection screen featuring an HD Progressive 1.1 Contrast surface. Designed specifically for large venue environments, this Wireline Advantage series screen utilizes thin steel cables—up to 24 feet in length—to lower the screen to the appropriate viewing height, providing a cleaner aesthetic than traditional black drop systems. This model is configured for ceiling recessed installation with a built-in ceiling trim flange, which eliminates the need for additional trim to cover the rough opening. Installation is simplified via sliding brackets that allow for easy attachment to the structure above a drop ceiling. For high-quality image projection, the TruGuide™ Electric Screen Tensioning System ensures an optimal, smooth viewing surface. This unit features a 220V (50Hz) motor for export markets and is TAA compliant. Please note that this product is scheduled for discontinuation on December 31, 2026; the recommended direct replacement is the Tensioned Myriad Conceal with SightLine DL100261EL.
