The Chief CMA347 is a vibration isolating coupler designed for ceiling-mounted projector systems. This component connects two extension columns together to isolate the system from vibrations that might otherwise travel through the lower column and cause image movement. It is specifically engineered for large venue environments where stability is critical. This coupler is compatible with Chief CMS columns featuring a 1.5” NPT connection. When calculating total system weight, installers must include the weight of everything below the vibration isolator, such as the column, the projector mount, and the projector itself.
