The CG00905 is a 9 ft (2.7 m) Cat6 shielded STP ethernet network patch cable in purple. Designed to protect high-speed networks from electromagnetic interference and noise, this SSTP cable is suitable for bandwidth-intensive voice, data, and video distribution applications. It is engineered to reduce impedance and structural return loss (SRL) while minimizing Near-End Crosstalk (NEXT) levels through bonded individual pairs that maintain twist-spacing up to the termination point. This cable features 26AWG stranded bare copper conductors and a PVC jacket rated for 75°C. Each cable is fully tested to meet ANSI/TIA 568 C.2 Cat6 component requirements and follows the T568B wiring scheme. The construction includes snagless, booted RJ-45 male connectors with PVC hoods for added protection. For simplified identification in complex installations, each cable includes an individual length label.
