The C2G43816 is a 4ft (1.2 m) TAA-compliant F-Series Cat6a Snagless Shielded (STP) network cable in blue. Specifically designed for high-speed 10GBase-T equipment, this passive patch cable is suitable for use with network adapters, hubs, switches, routers, DSL/cable modems, and patch panels. It features a shielded STP construction with aluminum foil to protect 10 Gigabit network connections from electromagnetic interference (EMI), radio frequency interference (RFI), and alien crosstalk. This cable utilizes stranded copper conductors with a 26 AWG wire gauge and a T568B wiring scheme. For improved signal integrity, the RJ-45 male connectors are equipped with 50-micron gold-plated contacts. The cable is protected by a snagless design to prevent the RJ45 clips from breaking during high insertion cycles. This riser-rated (CMR) cable features a PVC jacket and is rated for operation in temperatures ranging from -4°F to 167°F (-20°C to 75°C). The assembly complies with ANSI/TIA-568.2-D and ISO/IEC 11801-1 standards.
