The C2G CG00653 is a 30 ft (9.1 m) Cat6a STP shielded patch cable designed to protect high-speed 10GBase-T network connections from electromagnetic interference and noise. This cable is built for bandwidth-intensive applications, helping to drastically reduce impedance and structural return loss (SRL) during voice, data, or video distribution. It is fully tested to meet ANSI/TIA 568 C.2 Cat6a component requirements, ensuring reliable performance for network adapters, hubs, switches, routers, DSL/cable modems, and patch panels. Each cable features 26AWG bare copper conductors with a stranded configuration to maintain twist-spacing throughout the entire line, even up to the termination point. This design, combined with high-quality plugs and PVC connector hoods, helps minimize Near-End Crosstalk (NEXT) levels. The cable uses FMPE (Foam Polyethylene) insulation and a PVC jacket, with a bend radius of 1.95 in (49.6 mm). For ease of identification in complex installations, each individual length is labeled on the cable. The shielded SSTP construction and snagless, booted RJ-45 male connectors provide secure, interference-resistant connectivity for professional deployments.
