The Middle Atlantic PD-DC-300-12V is a 300W Select Series DC Power Distribution unit designed to consolidate messy wall warts and power strips into a clean rack-mounted solution. This unit provides 12VDC power through 24 individual screw terminal outputs, allowing installers to manage high current requirements for security, networking, or AV equipment within a single 1U chassis. Each output features auto-resetting PTC overload protection and an individual LED indicator light to monitor activity and capacity. To facilitate easier wire management, the included power cords can be trimmed to the exact length required for the installation. The unit includes 2-stage surge protection and overload protection on the AC input to protect connected equipment. Cooling is managed by an ultra-quiet, thermostatic temperature-controlled fan that automatically adjusts its speed to prevent overheating. For installation versatility, the PD-DC-300-12V features reversible, adjustable mounting ears that allow for rack mounting, side mounting, or mounting to the back of a rack.
