This passive cable features 100% aluminum foil shielding to prevent RFI and EMI from disrupting data transmission, making it suitable for connections involving hubs, switches, routers, servers, and network adapters. It is constructed with high-quality, made-in-the-USA stranded copper conductors and 50-micron gold-plated contacts to maintain signal integrity. The snagless RJ45 connector design includes a molded boot to protect the clips from snapping during high-frequency insertion cycles. This cable is CMR rated for riser applications and meets or exceeds ANSI/TIA-568.2-D and ISO/IEC 11801-1 standards, supporting 1000BASE-T Gigabit Ethernet performance.
