The C2G43716 is a 12 ft (3.7 m) TAA-Compliant F-Series Cat6 Snagless Shielded (STP) Network Cable in gray. This passive, shielded STP cable is specifically engineered to meet the stringent requirements of United States government projects and facilities through its TAA compliance. It is designed to protect high-speed networks from electromagnetic interference (EMI), radio frequency interference (RFI), and alien crosstalk by utilizing aluminum foil shielding and stranded copper conductors. This Cat6 cable supports 1000BASE-T (1 Gigabit Ethernet) applications and meets or exceeds ANSI/TIA-568.2-D and ISO/IEC 11801-1 industry standards. The cable features 50-micron gold-plated contacts to ensure signal integrity and a snagless RJ45 design to protect the clips from damage during high insertion cycles. This CMR-rated, riser-rated cable is constructed with a PVC jacket and is suitable for use in network adapters, hubs, switches, routers, and servers.
