To protect high-speed connections from electromagnetic interference (EMI), radio frequency interference (RFI), and alien crosstalk, this cable utilizes an aluminum foil shield and high-quality, made in the USA stranded copper conductors. The 26 AWG wires are terminated with RJ-45 male connectors featuring 50-micron gold-plated contacts to maintain signal integrity.
