The C2G CG00961 is a 0.5 ft (0.2 m) Cat6 Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) Ethernet patch cable designed for bandwidth-intensive voice, data, or video distribution in fast Ethernet and Gigabit computer networks. This gray cable features stranded copper conductors and a PVC jacket with a 0.24 in (6 mm) diameter. It utilizes a T568B wiring scheme and is built to meet all Cat6 TIA/EIA standards, which helps to drastically reduce impedance and structural return loss (SRL). Each individual pair is bonded together to maintain twist-spacing through the termination point, a design that minimizes Near-End Crosstalk (NEXT) levels. This non-booted cable is suitable for high-density environments where space is limited. Technical performance includes a maximum propagation delay of 545ns/100m, a delay skew of 45ns/100m, a capacitance of 5600pf/100m, and an impedance of 100 ohms.
