The ERK-Z4 is a set of four seismic floor anchor brackets designed to secure Middle Atlantic ERK Series enclosures. When installed correctly, these brackets allow a Seismic Certified ERK Series enclosure to achieve an Ip rating of 1.5 and meet requirements for Seismic Design Category (SDC) "D" and Seismic Use Group III Upper Floor Essential Equipment rating. This kit is used to reinforce mission-critical applications by bringing the enclosure into compliance with applicable Zone 4 seismic standards. One set of these brackets is required for each rack to ensure a proper seismic-certified installation.
