The Wiremold EHWB4-WH is a four-gang hinged wall box finished in white, engineered for both new work and old work installations. This box is designed to fit within a 16'' on center (406mm) opening between studs in a standard 2''x 4'' (51mm x 102mm) wall. It features a 3 5/8'' (92mm) depth behind device plates to accommodate the extra space required for wiring large A/V devices. This unit includes a temporary cover, but the finished cover assembly (EHWB4C) must be purchased separately. The box accommodates standard NEMA size openings for power, communications, and A/V devices and accepts standard 1- to 4-gang device plates. For increased security, the cover includes an integrated handle, lock, and key set. This TAA compliant box also features a flush egress door for cabling and a built-in tunnel for service feeds, allowing for daisy-chained connectivity to reduce the total number of conduit runs required.
