The EFB45CTNKTR is a die cast aluminum floor box cover designed to attach to EFB45S style floor boxes. This Evolution Series cover features a flush-style design that is intended to sit level with finished flooring surfaces including wood, tile, or carpet. It includes a 1/4" deep recessed area specifically designed to accept a finished floor covering for a seamless look. For installations requiring a flush finish on polished concrete or terrazzo, the EFB45-CTR ring must be used (sold separately). The assembly includes a durable hinge that allows the cover to rotate open 180 degrees and features two slide egress doors. These doors lock in the open position for servicing and automatically close around cabling to reduce trip hazards and protect wires when the cover is closed.
