The EFB45CTCALTR is an Evolution Series surface style cover designed specifically for attachment to EFB45S style floor boxes. Constructed from die cast aluminum with an aluminum finish, this low profile cover is engineered to integrate into various finished flooring types, including wood, tile, carpet, polished concrete, and terrazzo. It features a durable hinge that allows the cover to rotate open a full 180 degrees for easy access. To manage cabling, the assembly includes two slide egress doors; these doors lock in the open position during use and automatically close around wires when the cover is shut to protect cables and minimize trip hazards. The flange is designed with a beveled edge to meet ADA guidelines, reducing potential hazards in high-traffic areas.
