The EFB45CTBSTR is a die-cast aluminum flush-style cover designed to attach to EFB45S style floor boxes. This cover features a 1/4" deep recessed area that accepts finished floor coverings like wood, tile, or carpet, allowing the assembly to sit flush with the floor surface. It includes a durable hinge that provides a 180-degree rotation and two slide egress doors. These doors are designed to lock in the open position for easy access and automatically close around cables when the cover is shut to mitigate trip hazards. For installations involving polished concrete or terrazzo, the EFB45-CTR ring must be used and is sold separately.
