The Da-Lite 89933E is a Tensioned Advantage Series ceiling recessed electric screen designed for large venue applications. Measuring 78" x 139" with a 159" diagonal, this screen features an HD Progressive 1.1 Contrast surface optimized for front projection. This model is TAA compliant and built with an electric motor rated for 220V (50Hz) for export. The design includes an automatic closure door and standard black drop. Installation is simplified via a two-stage process: the white powder-coated, UL Plenum rated case can be installed during the rough-in stage, while the screen surface assembly is added during finishing. The housing uses sliding installation brackets for flexible mounting to structures above a drop ceiling. For control, it includes standard low voltage control, and the screen utilizes TruGuide™ Electric Screen Tensioning and Smooth Roll Technology to maintain a perfectly flat viewing surface. The standard black backing helps retain projected brightness on the front projection surface.
