The Da-Lite 89932B is a Tensioned Advantage series ceiling recessed electric screen designed for professional large venue environments. This 65" x 116" (133" diagonal) screen features an HD Progressive 1.1 Contrast surface optimized for high-resolution front projection. It is engineered for two-stage installation, allowing the case to be installed during the rough-in construction stage and the screen surface assembly during the finishing stage. This specific model includes a standard black drop and an automatic closure door to protect the surface when not in use. The white powder-coated housing is UL Plenum rated for safe installation in various ceiling environments. For operation, it utilizes a standard 120V (60Hz) motor and includes standard low voltage control. This TAA compliant screen is manufactured in the US and is designed to provide a perfectly flat viewing surface via the TruGuide™ Electric Screen Tensioning System and Smooth Roll Technology.

The 89932B is a ceiling recessed model designed for installation with the ceiling trim in place to conceal the rough opening. It is a Case/Box Only for Rough-In, allowing for installation during the rough-in stage.
What is the required voltage for the motor?
This screen utilizes a standard 120V (60Hz) motor and comes with standard low voltage control. You can also add a Da-Lite 40975 Low Voltage Wall Switch for manual operation.
How is the screen surface kept flat?
The screen uses a TruGuide™ Electric Screen Tensioning System to ensure an optimal, smooth viewing surface, paired with Smooth Roll Technology to maintain flatness.
