The Da-Lite 88305 Tensioned Advantage Series is a ceiling recessed electric screen designed for large venue rear projection applications. This 65" x 116" (133" diagonal) screen features a Da-Tex surface, which is optimized for standard resolution rear projection. The series is engineered for efficient installation in two stages, allowing the white powder-coated case to be installed during the rough-in phase and the screen surface assembly to be completed during the finishing stage. This two-stage process, combined with sliding installation brackets, provides significant mounting flexibility for attachment to structures above a drop ceiling. This TAA compliant model utilizes a standard 120V (60Hz) motor and includes standard low voltage control. It features a standard black drop and an automatic closure door to protect the surface when not in use. The TruGuide™ Electric Screen Tensioning System and Smooth Roll Technology work together to ensure the projection surface remains perfectly flat, while the standard black backing helps retain brightness on the front projection surface. This complete screen solution is designed to be installed with ceiling trim in place, which helps to conceal the rough opening and eliminates the need for additional trim work after installation.
