The Da-Lite 29779F is a Tensioned Advantage Series ceiling recessed electric screen designed for high-performance environments. This 50" x 80" (94 in (238.8 cm) diagonal) screen features a Parallax Pure 0.8 surface, which utilizes a micro-layered, high-grade lens system to provide Ambient Light Rejecting (ALR) and high-resolution front projection performance. Because this is a Parallax Pure surface, it includes a standard 2" black drop, distinguishing it from other Tensioned Advantage models that typically feature a 12" drop. This specific SKU is the Surface, Roller, and Motor Assembly Only; the case and box must be ordered separately. The unit is configured with standard 120V (60Hz) motor power and includes standard low voltage control. For professional installation, this series supports a two-stage process where the UL Plenum rated case can be installed during rough-in construction, followed by the screen surface assembly during the finishing stage. The assembly utilizes Smooth Roll Technology and the TruGuide™ Electric Screen Tensioning System to maintain an optimal, flat viewing surface.
