The Da-Lite 24866E is a ceiling recessed electric screen designed for large venue front projection applications. This Tensioned Advantage Series screen measures 135" x 240", providing a 275" (698.5 cm) diagonal viewing area. It features an HD Progressive 1.3 surface designed for high-resolution projection and utilizes a TruGuide™ Electric Screen Tensioning System to maintain an optimal, smooth viewing surface. This specific model is configured for export markets, utilizing a 220V (50Hz) motor. The series is designed for professional installation using a two-stage process: the white powder-coated case can be installed during the rough-in construction phase, while the screen surface assembly is installed during the finishing stage. The design includes an automatic closure door and a standard black drop. For ceiling integration, the unit is UL Plenum rated. This model includes standard low voltage control and is compatible with Decora-style three-button wall switches. The TruGuide™ system works in conjunction with Smooth Roll Technology to ensure the screen remains perfectly flat during use.
