The Da-Lite 29891B is a Tensioned Advantage Series ceiling recessed electric screen designed for large venue applications. This 108" x 192" screen, featuring a 220 in (558.8 cm) diagonal, utilizes the Parallax Stratos 1.0 surface. This high-resolution, Ambient Light Rejecting (ALR) surface is optimized for front projection in environments where controlling light is critical. The unit features an automatic closure door and a standard black drop for 16:9 HDTV formats. For installation, this model is provided as a Case/Box Only for Rough-In, allowing the enclosure to be installed during the rough-in construction stage while the screen surface assembly is handled during the finishing stage. This two-stage process, combined with sliding installation brackets, provides significant flexibility for mounting the housing to structures above a drop ceiling. The system includes standard 120V (60Hz) motor operation and standard low voltage control. This TAA compliant product is manufactured in the US and features a UL Plenum rated case with a white powder-coated finish.
