It utilizes the Parallax Pure 0.8 surface, an Ambient Light Rejecting (ALR) technology that employs a micro-layered optical lens system to maintain high-contrast, bright images even in environments with significant ambient light. This specialized surface uses saw-toothed layers to block light from above, providing a visual experience similar to a television without the interference of glare from windows or overhead lighting. The 2.5" thick aluminum frame is finished with Pro-Trim® black fabric to absorb surrounding light and enhance image clarity. This TAA compliant screen is designed for front projection and is shipped unassembled for simplified installation using the included O-rings to secure the surface to the frame.
