For smooth and consistent operation, the housing incorporates heavy-duty spring assembly combined with nylon bushings and permanently lubricated steel ball bearings. This specific model is designed for either wall or ceiling mounting. Unlike the Model C with CSR, this version does not include Controlled Screen Return. Installers can choose to align optional floating mount brackets to the left or right of the stud for customized installation.
