The Da-Lite 88163EB is a large venue, ceiling recessed electric screen designed for professional high-end installations. This 78" x 139" (159" diagonal) HDTV (16:9) screen features a matte white non-tensioned surface and utilizes a standard black drop. The integrated SightLine™ cable drop feature provides a floating screen aesthetic by using thin cables to support the surface, which eliminates the need for a traditional black drop border. This configuration allows for variable vertical placement, accommodating a standard 70" drop between the ceiling and the top of the screen. For installation flexibility, the Advantage Series allows for a two-stage process: the white powder-coated, UL Plenum rated case can be installed during the rough-in stage, while the screen surface assembly is added during the finishing stage. This unit is equipped with a 220V (50Hz) motor for export markets and includes standard low voltage control for flexible operation. This TAA compliant solution is manufactured in the US.
