The unit includes an automatic closure door to protect the screen surface and is powered by a standard 120V (60Hz) motor. Installation is simplified through a two-stage process: the screen case can be installed during the rough-in construction stage, while the surface assembly is installed during the finishing stage. The housing features a white powder-coated finish and is UL Plenum rated for safe installation in plenum spaces. This TAA compliant product is built for ceiling recessed applications where the trim is in place to conceal the rough opening.
