The assembly includes a standard 120V (60Hz) motor with built-in standard low voltage control and an automatic closure door. For installation, the two-stage design allows for the screen case to be installed during the rough-in phase, while the surface assembly is added during finishing. This model includes a standard black drop and a white powder-coated case. It is TAA compliant and manufactured in the US.
