The On-Q WP3460RE is a red Cat6 RJ45 keystone insert used to create an Ethernet port within any Keystone Wall Plate. This component is designed to connect to Cat5, Cat5e, or Cat6 cables that have been terminated with RJ-45 plugs. The vertical design facilitates easy punchdown termination during installation, and rear retention caps are included to ensure a secure wire termination. The jack housing is constructed from high-impact, flame-resistant UL 94V-0 plastic, and the spring wire features a phosphor bronze alloy plated with 50 micro-inch of gold over 100 micro-inches of nickel. This insert is rated for a minimum insertion and extraction life of 750 cycles.
