The C2G CG54312 is an active adapter converter designed to bridge the connection between a Mini DisplayPort or Thunderbolt 2 output and a monitor that accepts a DVI-D input. This white adapter is an ideal solution for small laptops, tablets, or Microsoft® Surface® products, including the Surface Pro 6 and Surface Laptop 2, allowing them to interface with standard DVI-D displays. Because this is an active device, it carries a digital video signal capable of supporting resolutions up to 1920x1200 (WUXGA) and 1080p. The 0.67 ft (0.2 m) integrated cable features a 0.2 in (5.2 mm) diameter with a 2.01 in (51 mm) bend radius. To complete the video connection, a separate DVI-D cable must be used between this adapter and the display. This converter supports a data transfer rate of 18 GBPS and is built with a PVC jacket.
