The 881CTCBS is a Ratchet-Pro™ Multiple Service Floor Box Cover Kit in a brass finish. This kit is designed for use specifically with the 881 PVC Floor Box. It comes equipped with a prewired 20A duplex receptacle, which can be configured as either a standard receptacle or an Isolated Ground. The kit includes a flange, a slide holder, an 881ADP Adapter, and an 881DIV Divider. It is compatible with Wiremold CM Series Open System unloaded adapters, Ortronics Series II, and TracJack adapters. This product is intended for use with tile, carpet, or wood covered floors and must not be used when concrete is the finished floor. Additionally, this kit is not suitable for concrete pours that are less than 4 1/2" (114mm) deep.
