The C2G CG26954 is a 6.6ft (2m) video cable designed to connect VGA devices to analogue DVI displays. This cable features a DVI-A Male connector on one end and an HD15 VGA Male connector on the other. To ensure compatibility, the DVI connector on this cable can only be inserted into a DVI-I interface. It supports video resolutions up to UXGA (1600x1200) via three 30 AWG coaxial lines. The construction includes tri-shielded undermold and a braid shield to protect against EMI/RFI interference, alongside 28 AWG copper conductors insulated in hard-density polypropylene to minimize crosstalk. This cable is PC and Mac compatible and supports hot-plugging of DVI display devices. It is built with a PVC jacket and features gold-plated contacts to ensure conductivity and prevent data loss.
