The C2G CG52034 is a 50 ft (15.2 m) DB9 male to female serial RS232 extension cable designed to increase the reach of your existing hardware. This cable allows you to relocate computer peripherals to more convenient positions without being restricted by the length of the original connection. The construction features a 29 AWG wire gauge and a PVC jacket. To ensure signal integrity, the cable is fully shielded to prevent unwanted EMI/RFI interference. Each connector is fully molded for excellent strain relief, and integrated thumbscrews allow for a secure, quick connection. This serial extension is wired straight through to maintain signal accuracy over the 50 ft (15.2 m) span. This black variant is part of a series that is also available in beige.
