The Wiremold 4STC is a 4AT recessed unwired poke-thru stem assembly designed to provide floor-level access to power, communications, and audio/video services. This pre-assembled unit allows installers to get started immediately, leaving the selection of specific plates and covers for a later stage in the project. It is engineered for both retrofit and new construction environments, including classrooms, healthcare facilities, and open-space commercial buildings. Because the devices are recessed below the floor line, they offer maximum protection and longevity for the connected hardware. The assembly utilizes intumescent material to maintain a 2-hour fire rating for the floor. This open system is compatible with industry-standard devices from most manufacturers, including Extron® and Legrand AVIP.
