The shielded twisted pair (STP) construction protects high-speed network connections from electromagnetic interference and noise. Each individual pair is bonded together to maintain twist-spacing through the termination point, which minimizes Near-End Crosstalk (NEXT) levels. The cable features 26 AWG stranded copper conductors and is fully tested to meet ANSI/TIA 568-C.2 Cat6a component requirements.
