Designed specifically for high-density datacenter applications, this cable utilizes 28 AWG stranded copper conductors to achieve a 36% reduction in diameter compared to standard Cat6 patch cables. This slim 0.15 in (3.8 mm) diameter minimizes the cable surface area, which facilitates improved airflow within crowded enclosures. The reduced size and 0.6 in (15.2 mm) bend radius allow for easier routing through dense cable management panels. This TIA/EIA-568-C.2 compliant cable supports 10 GBPS data transfer rates and is intended for bandwidth-intensive voice, data, or video distribution applications. Each connector features an RJ-45 male interface with 50 µ in gold plating and a PVC snagless boot to provide strain relief and prevent snags during installation.
