This passive cable is engineered to meet the stringent requirements of United States government projects and facilities, ensuring TAA compliance for specialized installations. It features shielded STP construction with aluminum foil shielding to protect high-speed networks from electromagnetic interference (EMI), radio frequency interference (RFI), and alien crosstalk. Designed for use with network adapters, hubs, switches, routers, and servers, it supports 1000BASE-T (1 Gigabit Ethernet) applications and meets or exceeds ANSI/TIA-568.2-D and ISO/IEC 11801-1 standards. The cable utilizes 26 AWG stranded copper conductors and is protected by a PVC jacket with a CMR riser rating.
