The C2G CG27198 is a 125 ft (38.1 m) Cat6 snagless patch cable designed for high-bandwidth voice, data, or video distribution in fast Ethernet and Gigabit computer networks. This unshielded UTP cable uses stranded copper conductors to minimize Near-End Crosstalk (NEXT) levels. To maintain signal integrity, each individual pair is bonded together to preserve twist-spacing throughout the entire 125 ft length right up to the RJ-45 termination points. This construction helps drastically reduce both impedance and structural return loss (SRL) in accordance with all Cat6 TIA/EIA standards. Each connector is housed in a molded PVC snagless boot, which provides extra strain relief and prevents the release tabs from catching on other cables during installation or removal. This yellow jacketed cable is part of a larger series available in 10 different colors for easy network identification.
