The C2G CG27808 is a 125 ft (38.1 m) Cat6 Unshielded UTP Ethernet Network Patch Cable designed for bandwidth-intensive voice, data, or video distribution in fast Ethernet and Gigabit computer networks. This purple cable features a stranded copper conductor and a 24 AWG wire gauge to support high-performance connectivity. To maintain signal integrity and meet Cat6 TIA/EIA standards, each individual pair is bonded together to preserve twist-spacing through the termination point. This construction minimizes Near-End Crosstalk (NEXT) levels, reduces impedance, and lowers structural return loss (SRL). For ease of installation in high-density environments, the cable is equipped with snagless PVC connector hoods that protect the RJ-45 clips from damage during plugging and unplugging. This snagless design also provides additional strain relief for the terminations. The cable uses a T568B wiring scheme and features a PVC jacket with a 0.24 in (6.2 mm) diameter.
