We only accept returns for defective products.
To be eligible for a return:
You must contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery.
The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories.
All returns must be pre-approved with a Return Authorization Number provided by our support team.
Note: Returns for non-defective products are not accepted under any circumstances.
We do accept product exchanges if:
The item you received is defective or damaged.
You notify us within 5 business days of delivery.
The item is unused and in its original condition.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement to you promptly.
Email us at đź“§ weborders@technelium.com with your order number, a brief explanation of the defect, and photos (if applicable).
We will respond with a Return Authorization Number and return instructions.
You are responsible for shipping the product back to us, unless we determine otherwise.
If a return for a defective item is approved and a refund is requested:
A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Restocking fees do not apply to defective item returns.
If your product arrives damaged:
Notify us within 5 business days.
Keep the item in its original packaging.
We will initiate a damage claim and send you a replacement if necessary.
All products come with a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Some items may include extended coverage.
