We primarily use UPS and FedEx for standard ground shipping. For oversized or heavy items that cannot be shipped via standard ground services, we work with freight carriers such as CEVA Logistics, ABF, UPS-SCS, Roadway, and USF Holland.
If your shipment qualifies as freight, the carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery, especially for residential addresses. Please note that inside delivery is not included unless arranged in advance, general shipment is till curb-side. You may be required to assist in unloading large items at the delivery location.
⚠️ We do not ship to PO Boxes and you will be contacted for actual physical shipping address.
Estimated Delivery = Handling Time + Transit Time
Total delivery time is typically 2–11 days.
Shipping is offered Free of Charge within United States of America.
Note: You may notice the message “Shipping, taxes, and discounts will be calculated at checkout.” during your checkout process. This is a standard part of the checkout process and appears by default. There will be no shipping cost at the time of the payment.
We highly recommend inspecting your product immediately upon delivery, even if you plan to install it later.

All products sold on AVSupplies.us are manufactured by reputable American Brands and carry at least a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
