This Tensioned Advantage Series unit features a Da-Tex surface and is built with a 220V (50Hz) motor for export use. The screen is designed for a seamless look in finished spaces, utilizing a white powder-coated case with built-in ceiling trim to conceal the rough opening. This eliminates the need for additional trim work after installation. For installation flexibility, the two-stage process allows the screen case to be installed during the rough-in stage, while the screen surface assembly is added during the finishing stage. The unit includes an automatic closure door and a standard black drop. This SKU is sold as the Surface, Roller, and Motor Assembly only; the case or box must be ordered separately. The screen is TAA compliant and features a UL plenum rated case for safety in specific environments.

Key features

Rear projection with Da-Tex surface and standard resolution

Ceiling recessed application with automatic closure door

TruGuide™ Electric Screen Tensioning System for surface smoothness

UL plenum rated white powder-coated case

TAA compliant and manufactured in the US

Includes standard low voltage control and standard black drop

Questions

Is this screen suitable for rear projection?

Yes, the 88291EF is specifically designed for rear projection using a Da-Tex screen surface.

What voltage does the motor require?

This specific model is equipped with a 220V (50Hz) motor intended for export use.

Does this include the outer enclosure?

No, this SKU is for the Surface, Roller, and Motor Assembly only; the case or box must be ordered separately.

What is required for a complete installation?

You will need the matching case/box, and you may require a Da-Lite Low Voltage Wall Switch (SKU 40975) for operation.

Is this product TAA compliant?

Yes, this model is TAA compliant and the country of origin is the US.

Specifications are supplied by the manufacturer.
