This Tensioned Advantage Series screen features a Da-Tex surface optimized for rear projection and is built with a wide 16:10 screen format. For installation, this is a Surface, Roller, and Motor Assembly Only; the case and box must be ordered separately. The unit operates on a standard 120V (60Hz) motor and includes standard low voltage control. This TAA compliant screen utilizes a slot closure door and a standard black drop to maintain the viewing area's aesthetics. The series is designed to be installed with ceiling trim in place to hide the rough opening. A two-stage installation allows the case to be mounted during rough-in construction, while the surface assembly is installed during the finishing phase. The assembly includes a white powder-coated, UL plenum rated case and utilizes TruGuide™ Electric Screen Tensioning for a smooth, flat surface.

Key features

120" x 192" size with 226" diagonal for large venue applications

Rear projection optimized with Da-Tex surface and standard black drop

Tensioned Advantage Series with TruGuide™ Electric Screen Tensioning

Ceiling recessed application with standard low voltage control

TAA compliant and UL plenum rated case

White powder-coated case for clean aesthetic

Questions

What is included with the Da-Lite 14783FL?

This SKU is the Surface, Roller, and Motor Assembly Only; the case and box must be ordered separately.

Does the Da-Lite 14783FL support rear projection?

Yes, this screen is specifically designed for rear projection using a Da-Tex surface.

Is the Da-Lite 14783FL TAA compliant?

Yes, this product is TAA compliant and the case is UL plenum rated.

What kind of controls are compatible with this screen?

It features standard low voltage control, and you can add accessories like the DL15316 or DL16522 screen controllers.

How is the screen installed in a ceiling?

It is a ceiling recessed application designed to be installed with trim in place to conceal the rough opening.

Specifications are supplied by the manufacturer.
