This model features a High Contrast Matte White non-tensioned surface and is configured in an HDTV 16:9 aspect ratio for front projection. A key feature of the Advantage series is the integrated ceiling trim, which is designed to conceal the rough opening after installation, eliminating the need for secondary trim work. This specific SKU is the Case/Box Only for Rough-In, allowing for a two-stage installation: the UL Plenum rated, white powder-coated case can be installed during the initial rough-in construction, while the fabric assembly is completed during the final finishing stage. The included CSR (Controlled Screen Return) technology ensures the screen returns to the housing in a quiet and controlled manner. For operation, the screen must be fully extended during use and includes a pull cord for manual deployment.

Key features

Ceiling recessed application with integrated trim to conceal rough openings

78" x 139" (159" diagonal) screen size with 16:9 HDTV format

High Contrast Matte White non-tensioned surface with black backing to retain brightness

CSR technology for quiet, controlled manual screen return

UL Plenum rated case with a white powder-coated finish

Two-stage installation: install the case during rough-in and the fabric during finishing

TAA Compliant and manufactured in the US

Questions

Will the Da-Lite 92709B fit my ceiling installation?

This is a ceiling recessed model designed for two-stage installation.
