This assembly features a 3 gang capacity, allowing installers to configure power, communication, and A/V services based on the specific needs of the space. Because this is an unwired model, you can connect to conduits during the initial installation phase and finalize the plate and device configurations at a later date. This recessed design protects power and data connections by sitting below the floor level, which is ideal for high-traffic environments like classrooms, training rooms, meeting rooms, and healthcare facilities. The flush-style satin nickel cover is built with a unique 180-degree design that utilizes spring-loaded slide egress doors to protect connections and bystanders. This assembly is compatible with various floor coverings, including tile, wood, laminate, and carpet.

Key features

3 gang capacity for customized power, communication, and A/V configurations

Recessed design protects devices and wiring by sitting below floor level

Unwired assembly allows for quick conduit installation with later device configuration

3-hour fire classified to meet safety requirements

Open system compatible with industry standard devices from Legrand AVIP and Extron®

Spring-loaded 180-degree cover doors for safe wire and connection access

Questions

What do I need to buy to complete the installation of the 6AT2SN3H?

This is an unwired assembly, so you will need to purchase the specific power, communication, and A/V devices you wish to install.

Will this poke-thru work with Extron® devices?

Yes, this is an open system that accepts industry standard devices from most manufacturers, including Extron® and Legrand AVIP.

What floor types is this assembly compatible with?

The 6 inch Evolution Series assembly is designed for use with carpet, wood, laminate, tile, and concrete floor coverings.

How does the cover design work for floor access?

The cover opens a full 180 degrees and features two unique spring-loaded slide egress doors to keep connections and people safe.

Does this assembly require a second installer for setup?

The 'Step-on-it' installation design allows for quick setup without the need for additional fasteners or a second person.

Specifications are supplied by the manufacturer.
