This unit features a black flush-style cover and is configured with one duplex outlet. Because the device is prewired, installers benefit from a completely assembled unit where every power receptacle is already installed, reducing on-site labor. For safety, the cover utilizes a unique design with two spring-loaded slide egress doors that open 180 degrees to protect connections and pedestrians. The device is recessed below floor level to maximize device longevity and protection. It is suitable for use in kiosks, classrooms, training rooms, and healthcare facilities. This model is UL Listed and UL fire classified, utilizing intumescent material to maintain the 2-hour fire rating of the floor.

Key features

Prewired assembly with installed power receptacles to reduce labor

Recessed design places devices below floor level for maximum protection

UL Listed and UL fire classified to maintain 2-hour floor ratings

Spring-loaded egress doors open 180 degrees for user safety

One duplex outlet configuration in a black flush-style cover

Questions

Will this poke-thru maintain my floor's fire rating?

Yes, the Evolution Series uses intumescent material to maintain a 2-hour fire rating for the floor.

Do I need a second person to install this device?

The step-on-it installation design allows for quick setup without the need for a second installer.

What is the difference between this and other Evolution Series covers?

The 4ATP2RBK features a black flush cover, whereas other series variants offer different finishes like brushed aluminum, satin brass, or satin nickel.

Is the wiring already completed for this SKU?

Yes, this is a prewired assembly, meaning the power receptacles are already installed at the factory.

What documentation is available for submittals?

Technical details and installation information can be found in the Evolution Series 4" Poke-Thru Devices PDF.

Specifications are supplied by the manufacturer.
