This kit is compatible with both 17" and 22" deep rack configurations, ensuring airflow for various equipment depths. The system utilizes two 4.5 in (11.4 cm) fans that operate on 120 VAC power to move up to 190 CFM of air, producing a noise level of 42 dBA (measured at 1m). To ensure optimal airflow and prevent short-circuiting of air currents within the enclosure, this kit includes vent blockers. The kit provides necessary components for installation, including two fans, four safety guards for both the interior and exterior of the rack, and the required mounting hardware. A 6' power cord is included for connection to a standard AC outlet.

Key features

Delivers 190 CFM of airflow to manage heat in enclosed racks

Compatible with 17" and 22" deep DWR or SR Series Wall Racks

Features two 4.5 in (11.4 cm) fans with a 42 dBA noise rating

Includes internal and external fan guards and vent blockers for airflow optimization

Operates on standard 120 VAC power via a 6' cord

Questions

Which rack depths is the DWRSR-4-FK compatible with?

This fan kit is designed for use in both 17" and 22" deep DWR and SR Series Wall Racks.

What is the airflow capacity and noise level of this fan kit?

The kit provides 190 CFM of airflow and has a measured noise level of 42 dBA at 1 meter.

Can I control the fans with a thermostatic controller?

Yes, this kit can be used with the FC-2-215-1CA stand-alone thermostatic controller for 2 fans or the FC-4-1CA controller for 4 fans.

What is included for installation with the DWRSR-4-FK?

The kit includes two 120V AC powered fans, four fan guards, vent blockers for airflow optimization, mounting hardware, and a 6' power cord.

Which technical documents should I use for submittals?

Installers can refer to the DWR/SR Fan Kit Technical Specification Drawings or the DWR SR Series Fan Kit Instruction Sheet for detailed technical data.

Specifications are supplied by the manufacturer.
